Access the Key Updater either by clicking on the Key Updater in the New Frontier ribbon within an open New Frontier application or in the New Frontier section of your All Programs Menu. Collect information about your key in a *c2v file (client to vendor). Mail that file to licensing at newfrontieradvisors.com. When New Frontier replies with a *.v2c file, return to the Key Updater to apply the update.
What does "Add-in Not Loaded" mean? And what do I do?
Add-in Not Loaded means that something has turned off the New Frontier add-in which overlays Excel. Usually, this happens immediately after installation or because another program on your computer interacts with Excel and turns off other add-ins. If this happens repeatedly, please contact New Frontier to help you identify the program that is disabling the add-in.
The directions for re-enabling the add-in vary slightly depending on your version of Excel. For most recent versions of Office, you'll need to access the File Menu in the Excel ribbon. Select Options, then Add-ins. Sometimes there is a Disabled Items box. Sometimes, you'll need to pick Disabled Items from the Manage menu first and click the Go Button. In either case, if any New Frontier items appear in the Disabled Items list, re-enable them by clicking the Enable Button. Restart Excel.
